24Man USA BV attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.
We do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. 24Man USA BV abides in all cases by the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Ordinance. This entails that we in any case:

Processing of Customers' personal data.
Personal data of customers are processed by 24Man USA BV for the following purpose(s):
- Administrative purpose;
- Communication about the assignment and/or invitations;
- Carrying out or issuing an order.
The basis for these personal data is:

Handling order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal information to be able to process it neatly. We may then give your personal information to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this purpose, we use your payment information, date of birth, follow-up information, gender, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We are required to do this by law. We will retain this information for up to six months after your order is completed and seven years thereafter (this is the legal retention obligation).
Provision to third parties
The data you provide to us may be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the purposes described above.

24Man USA BV uses or may use cookies to optimize the functionality of certain pages of the website. Cookies are small text files that are placed on the visitor's computer by a page of the website. In such a cookie information is stored such as certain preferences of the visitor. This allows 24Man USA BV to provide an even better service to the visitor on a next visit.
